Day 1: Welcome to Reykjavik

Arrive at Keflavík International Airport in Iceland. Transfer to Reykjavík via the Flybus is provided. After settling in, we suggest a visit to one of the city's blissful thermal pools and spas or take a stroll around the colorful downtown with its many museums, shops and cafes. There, you’ll also find a great assortment of restaurants to tempt your taste buds. For even more sensory experiences, check out the city’s vibrant nightlife and live music scene—a great way to shake off the jet lag!

Day 2: City Sightseeing and Aurora Borealis

After breakfast, enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of the Greater Reykjavík area, which includes the most notable attractions in the capital and  surrounding towns. You'll see such highlights as the Presidential Residence at Bessastaðir, Perlan ("The Pearl"), the iconic Hallgrímskirkja church and the charming town of Hafnafjörður, where mythical creatures and humans coexist in harmony.   You have the afternoon at your leisure.  Later this evening, if weather conditions allow, you'll embark on a guided quest into the countryside for the magnificent northern lights—also known as aurora borealis.  Your guide will inform you with facts about the northern lights and stories about the Icelandic folklore including ghosts, elves and trolls that might linger in the mysterious dark landscape. During the tour the tour you will be offered hot chocolate and kleina (Icelandic Pastry)

Day 3: Wonders of the Golden Circle

Visit some of Iceland’s most famous attractions with a guided bus tour of the classic “Golden Circle” route in South Iceland. One of the highlights on this journey is Þingvellir National Park, a place of great historical and geological significance that is also listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Other attractions include the beautiful two-tiered Gullfoss waterfall and the spouting hot springs Geysir and Strokkur. On return to Reykjavik, you will see the beautiful waterfall Faxi.

Day 4: A Warm Send-off at Blue Lagoon

Revitalize your mind, body and spirit the Icelandic way! Begin the day with a relaxing visit to Iceland’s treasured Blue Lagoon, a natural geothermal spa renowned for its therapeutic, mineral-rich waters surrounded by moon-like lava landscapes. After a soothing soak, you'll be ready for check-in at Keflavik Airport. (Note: If your flight is in the morning, we’ll change your travel itinerary accordingly.)

After booking a holiday package with, you will be contacted by email within two working days by your designated travel consultant, who will assist with your booking and serve as your point of contact for any travel needs during your stay. The email will include the full name and direct contact information for your travel consultant along with information about your booking, payment and what to expect during your holiday.
